Their kids are beautiful and Chip and Joanna are very talented!! If they can handle a fifth, I say go for it!!
Love this show! Someday I want to take a road trip to the Silos and get my Fixer Upper fix 🙂 If anyone can handle a 5th kid, its them, but I wonder how they have any time as it is! Just reading everything they do makes me tired!
I love this couple, family and show. I watch the show every time it is on.
They seem like such a wholesome and happy couple.. Refreshing to see 🙂

You see the kids’ faces every show. I’d be happy if I NEVER saw their kids. The show is about house flipping, not children.
Chip and Joanna try to live as normal a life as possible, and keep their priorities in order, or so it appears. Their children are more a part of their lives than their work is, and while you se the children for a moment in the show, they don’t overdo the exposure, and they don’t choose to either dump their children, nor do they over expose them. Their show is very interesting, if you are interested in remodeling and how to choose a home, and they demonstrate very good ideas and show how to execute those ideas.
Just found the program….love it. It’s a relief to see two people enjoy one another, and what they do. Good luck with your program. Your welcome to come over anytime and do a fixer up to my house.
They are the dream family everyone wishes for. It doesn’t hurt that their kids are just adorable either.
First time to know this show, it seems an interesting show.

The only HGTV show I watch anymore is FixerUpper. These two are so fun to watch and so talented!!! Love their farm and watching how they integrate their children just enough to show what a beautiful family they are.

I enjoyed watched the show, they are so funny in it!
I like many others love the show love joanna’s style hope the stress will not get to be to much like so many other shows they seem to have such great family and beautiful kids so much fun to watch hope it lasts for long time
My favorite part of this show is Chip and Joanna and their family values. Sure, they work great together, and she’s a fantastic designer, but the hook for me is that they are such a fantastic family.
A lot of reality TV couples that started off so happy end up crashing and burning because of the media attention; let’s see how they’re doing 5 years from now.

There son drake is so cute
I think there kids are adopted. She would have to have been pregnant 3 solid years and there is no mention of pregnancies. No pictures of her pregnant anywhere. That’s so highly unusual especially for that many pregnancies so close together. I think they’re keeping a huge secret. 4 of them to be exact!
That’s a bunch of BS.. The kids are always on the show and they show their faces all the time. Hiding them from the spotlight would mean not having them on the show at all..

And while their four children — Emmie, 6, Duke, 8, Ella, 9, and Drake, 11 — do occasionally appear in their reality show, they’re not subjected to filming multiple takes and the Gaineses don’t show their faces in photoshoots.

One factor that helps shield the Gaineses‘ children from the TV world? The family doesn’t have a television in their home.
“So they don’t really understand that we have a show,” Joanna says. “They don’t get it.”
