We were successful and we were part of a global movement with the fight against apartheid. People everywhere will feel the impact of his passing. Arguably, there would have been no African president in South Africa without a Nelson Mandela. It was a heroic exit from leaving jail for the world leader. And that is the reconciliation model that should be followed everywhere.
Nelson Mandela had health issues due to his many years of jail confinement. Nelson Mandela never appeared bitter or hostile towards his life experiences.

Nelson Mandela had good relations with president Obama and Clinton. He was really a hero for these presidents and for people of all color because he represented the good that could come out of struggle. He truly is one of history’s greatest citizens.
