Many people have issues differentiating between who a runs girl is and who to call a prostitute, which is popularly referred to as the oldest profession. Fashion entrepreneur, Toyin Lawani, is no small fry in the entertainment and fashion industry and she is in this category.
The celebrity stylist on Friday, November 30, took to her social media page via Instagram to ask a disturbing question. She asked for the difference between a runs girl and a prostitute as she claimed she is confused about what differentiate one from the other.
She further went ahead to give her own understanding of the two and at the end asked to be corrected if she missed it. She wrote:
“Someone just did something so fascinating so I want to know the category I will place her when I do my writeup I am very confused about the two. I know one stands on the road and I know one use connect. But in my own opinion the two are the same. If you can ask for money when a man sleeps with you as form of payment then you are a prostitute. Pls correct me if I’m wrong”
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported on the phrase ‘small girl big God’ which has become quite a popular one on social media lately but many people believe it is fondly used by girls who live flamboyant lifestyles with questionable source of income. Although there are some with genuine means of livelihood, others are known to hide under the guise of been ‘blessed’ with all their wealth by God.
Reno who is very social media savvy took to his Twitter handle to addressing the trend in a single tweet. He wrote:
“Before boasting on social media that you‘re a #SmallGirlWithaBigGod, make sure you really have a big God, not a big boy boyfriend or Sugar Daddy. No matter the spin, a small girl with a big boy boyfriend or sugar daddy who foots the bills is a member of the oldest profession!”
